I forgot about one of my favorites. This thing has been around cant believe weber quit making it. By far the best fire pit I have ever had. Gonna clean it up soon.

I finished the redhead a few weeks ago and I modded the cart for the WSM 22 this past weekend. So now I have two functional Webers and two non-functional Webers in need of restoration (WSM 18 & Genesis 1000 black).

Your vintage 18" B-B-K looks very much like the one I picked up today...I don't think it dates back to the '60s but probably more likely the '70s. Can you post a pic of the lid vent?

A couple of new additions since my last Family Portrait. An Ivory Smokey Joe Premium to which I added the ash pan and the bottom vent. And I scored a NiB Deep Ocean Blue Master-Touch on Craigslist. I haven't tried the SJ yet. The MT gets its maiden run tomorrow with vortex wings.

The older members of the family are the redhead Genesis 1000, that I finished restoring in March, a 2008 WSM 22, and a 13 year-old, house brand, drop-in SS charcoal grill from Barbecues Galore.
