Score. There is no other word to describe this, unless the Hobart turns out to be total junk. Slicers like that usually sell for a lot more, especially if the auction's live and on-site.Picked up the stainless steel prep table for $100 and the Hobart slicer for $300 from an online auction site from a local restaurant that closed.

New member to the family. Neighbor was moving and going to throw grill away. Of course I wouldn't allow that, so after many hours and about $150 in new parts here she is.
I wish I had taken a before picture as it was a dirty and rusted out mess. I hadn't welded in over 20 years but managed to weld in a new section on the left side that was completely rusted out. Weber had new right sides in stock which made things much easier. Fun project!
