Weber Brisket temp

Trying out a recipe that needs the smoker to be at 325 is this possible with a half full water bowl? If not what is the setup you use to get it to 325 (vents, charcoal amounts etc)

Welcome to the forum Eddie.
Skip the water if going high heat for a brisket.

I normally cook with water but if you are shooting for over 300 def skip the water! good luck
