Haven't posted any cooks lately.
Maribel been busy at work working super long hours so I'm doing everything around the house.

Here's a few pics I have taken.

Some spicy goodness. This is marinades in lime juice then it's ready to eat.



Tacos of course





For those of you that that have a Comal. When finished cooking splash some water on it and de glaze with a spatula for easier clean up.



Finally a carne asada Torta with the spicy onion

Lot's of good looking meal's Tony.
You need to tie a truss on those yardbirds legs before you put it on the spinner,So they don't break off and fall to there death.

I need to learn how truss a chicken. I actually meant not to tie it up to see
The results. Then when I took the pic I realized I didn't even center the bird.

Those are some fantastic looking meals Tony but that breakfast, if thats small I won't want to see a big one!!
 
Yeah, looks like you've really slacked off. Glad you could squeeze in a "few" meals Tony. Being facetious of course. Everything looks wonderful. That burger is killer! Second shot. Your pictures are really beautiful too. What do you shoot with these days?

Wow, I heard they'd improved the camera on the 5s, but that's got to be your superb picture taking ability! We're running the 4s still but getting ready to upgrade to the 6 Plus, whenever they become available up here.
 
To say your are living large would be the understatement of the year! Great stuff. And I agree with Mr. Solak. That breakfast sandwich is killer!
 
Looks good...Tony I'm digging it!! Going to be in SoCal around the beginning of November...might have to drop by and have a cigar and drink with Ya!
