One picture should do.

Yep one picture says it all. Looks like that's going to make a fine meal.
Can't wait to start trying out different things when my vortex arrives.

Great looking meal Jeff. That stuffed tenderloin looks terrific. I got my Vortex at Christmas and still haven't used it. One of these days.

Cliff, you really have to try it!! I was in the same situation until recently when I finally tried it for chicken drumsticks and thighs. Best chicken I have ever done. I was never a fan of chicken until I did it with the Vortex and now I really like it. Much easier to do chicken with and will be using it for many other types of cooks. While we may technically not need it, the Vortex will make many cooks much easier and will up your game significantly. Very glad I have it and am using it.

Why is it that "the Bob's" keep pushing me toward the "Vortex side!?" No, don't need it but I don't need a lot of crap I have either!

Tim, I agree with you that we don't "need" it and many other things, but for me the added results of the Vortex has made my grilling much better and my family really likes the results. I would say this, whatever works for you it the right thing for you to do. Take what others say and factor in you ideas on the topic and do what you think is best.

I will say this, I like my toys and that does effect many of my buying decisions. BBQ is one of the things that gives me great pleasure in life and sharing that with friends and family is pure joy. If some of these "toys" make it more enjoyable for me then I say it is worth it. Don't let anything someone else says influence you in any way that you don't think is right for you. I can tell you this, I do spend a lot of time thinking and deciding about some of the "toys" and many times I say no to some and occasionally will say yes. There are currently 5 or 6 "toys" that I have been debating about for at least the last 12 months. So don't rush into anything and do what is right for you. Sorry for being so long winded.

Jeff, you are right one picture is all you need. That's going to make one awesome meal.

One picture had to do because i got called into that four letter word....WORK.;)
I will get paid double time for all hours worked so all is good. Cha Ching$$$.

I stuffed the pork tenderloin with prosciutto, spinach and thick sliced Boars-head Horseradish cheddar cheese.
The bacon kept the pork tenderloin very tender, but if i had to do it again i would double or triple the amount prosciutto, spinach and cheese.

Time for a cold beer or three.

We always love a stuffed pork loin. Yours looks super - along with the sides.... doesn't get any better.
