Ready for some overcooked tenderloin? And the bluecheese filld maters fell over so we had to refill em,and put em in cups. The spilled cheese in the cups made em taste burnt. Nothing you can tell by the pics...But belive me. A well you live and lern.

I will guide you thru it.

Boiled taters,butter,egg yolks,frosen parsley,basil,salt/pepper. Mashed together.(some smudge on the lens aswell)

Some days you're the bug and some days you're the windshield, still looks great to me though.
 
That meal might not meet the Wolgast standard but I bet for the rest of us it would be an excellent meal!!!
 
I feel like I can still see a little pink in that beef , and it looks moist , so I'd say it was still good enough to eat. It all looks wonderful.
i just re read this post and realized that the tomato was like a twice baked potato ! That is very fancy. Sounds delicious too.
