I had my in-laws in town from Mississippi and cooked up a Vday feast. I am lacking in the photo department and I apologize for that but wanted to share what I have!

First attempt at stuffing mushrooms. Cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Same thing in the peppers but I have a lot of experience with them! Everyone got a half mushroom and a pepper as an appetizer.


I reverse seared 4 big ribeye steaks. Low and slow in the WSM and hot and fast to finish on the gas grill. As you can see by the picture I couldn't help but dig in prior to taking a picture.


After dinner fire.

Saturday was sunny and 60 degrees... This morning we dipped to 35ish but nothing like the weather you are in!

When the wife and I got married the chiminea was our wedding gift we "got" each other lol... We were broke and couldn't afford much and bought it on super clearance!
