Great pics Jim! Everything looks freakin awesome. Have to grill up some carrots/celery for my next meal. Well done buddy!
 
That really looks delicious Jim! Did you start the carrots before the chops? Reason I ask
is every time I do carrots they seem to take for ever to get tender. Last time I did them
I parboiled for about 5 minutes and then put them on the grill.
 
I like it Jim.. Grilled carrots with some chops sound very tasty. I have to get some if that wickers..

yes, continue that practice... that was my process...
no way would large carrots be anywhere NEAR edible simply grillin' them in such a way... pinky thin.... perhaps, butt not these major thumb-thickPLUS monsters.
