All I can say, is the new Cajun Bandit Rotisserie, while not adding to the overall flavor, it none-the-less spun those two birds without a hitch.

Not really. It's Just where things ended up.

I love the birds. We had rotisserie chicken on the Genesis 1000 last night with asparagus and drip pan potatoes. And I love the crimson performer too. I’ve been wanting one of those.
