Turkey Breast


 
Wow looks like you got a boat load of seasoning on the bad bird. Looks really good, I'm a turkey junkie and always have one or two breast in the freezer.
What did you brine it in?
 
Looks great Kemper, one suggestion though,
Lift the breast half off in one piece and slice it across, makes for nice slices. Suggestion is all.
 
Looks great! Wifey has been making subtle hints about turkey. Your post is a good nudge in that direction.
 
Kemper you nailed that one, great job. We're going to have some left over turkey later in the week. Can always eat turkey.
