turkey bacon cheese jalapeño meatball fatties

I saw some one do this yesterday. If i could remember who i'd give credit. Walking thru the grocery I saw some turkey meatballs and recalled the post so I grabbed em up.

I put a thumbprint in each one and added some cheese, bacon, and a homegrown, home pickled jalapeño

Rolled em up and cooked em indirect with some lump and a knot of apple wood

Six with pickled jalapeño for me and my daughter and six without for the grandkids. (There were none leftover)
