Hiya folks! Still workin' the Tuna boat (in my freezer). And as Tony might say: "keepin' it simple tonight." Though it aint 2:30 in the morning! Loins resting in soy, EVOO, sesame, scallion & Sriracha.



After the first turn. In the skillet is the first local corn I've seen, fresh fava beans, onion, garlic, a Serrano pepper, sage, tarragon, marjoram and chili powder.
