Truckin' Strips

[Jim Lampe]

before grilling dinner Friday night, I traded in this 2 wheel drive Silverado ....

...for this 4 wheel drive Sierra

then seasoned a couple of KC Strip steaks

got the WEBER hot then added the beef

hopin' & prayin' for spring to arrive...

flip-flopped the steaks a few times

...until they were cooked

served with skillet-baked spuds and sriracha-salted green beans

love those KCStrips
