It was good sauce, my wife got it at a country fair from the Beekman boys, better know as a couple that won the Amazing Race TV show. - - - Updated - - - Added some shredded mozzarella - - - Updated - - - Cheese melted, second side cooked, nice and moist inside !! They were pretty simple and delicious.
