Sliced up. Didn't get as even a cook as I wanted but the middle is nice and pink.

Served with hatch chili guacamole, with sour cream, salsa, and on a hatch chili tortilla.

 
Looks good! I've never thought about using tri tip for tacos...of course, then again, I've only been cooking tri tip since like June. :p I might just have to try this!
 
Damn good looking tacos! I'm sure they were delicious. Will look for those tortillas next time I'm at the store.
