Trimmed the fat cap. Seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano.

Put it on the kettle. I got a new handle for the lid. I should have bought both.

Cooking on the cool side, with a pecan chunk.

Searing on the sear grate.

Sliced up. Didn't get as even a cook as I wanted but the middle is nice and pink.

Served with hatch chili guacamole, with sour cream, salsa, and on a hatch chili tortilla.
