A man's gotta eat (leftovers)
took ~6.5 oz Tri Tip from last night - a heavy smoke came out of the foil package I wrapped this in last night..... It knocked me back just a little
Sliced a yellow onion into rings (wanted longish pieces), sliced a pasilla pepper, simmered in water for a couple of minutes, added half of a can of cream of mushroom soup (sour cream would've worked just as well), some worchestershire, S&P, and garlic powder....and probably another 8oz water, & simmered for nearly 10 minutes.
I chopped the meat into bite size pieces, put on a plate with a couple slices of tilamook pepper-jack cheese, and into the microwave for ~1:30. The jalapeno/cheddar bagel went into the toaster oven for a few minutes as well
I added a couple of sauces to the side----Heinz 57 & HP Sauce (saw it in a post from Tony UK iirc).
The sauces went untouched until the last ~20%............ The flavor was incredible
