Made homemade burger buns and English muffins. Nest step, home ground chuck burgers…..

Those are some nice looking breads, Mark! A chuck burger will go with those buns just right! I've got some ground brisket in the freezer that is just begging for a good, homemade, seeded bun!

Recipes for either the buns or muffins? I always like to try new ones......the Moomie's buns at King Arthur are the ones I make the most often.
