I went to school in Philly, and I'd take that sammich any day of the week. Nicely done.
 
You didn't use Cheez-Whiz?!! I wouldn't do it either. Always cracked me up: we would go to Jim's on South Street, and they are talking up the Nebraska beef they use in their sandwiches and on the flat top is a #10 can of molten orange with a paint brush sticking out of it. I'd get the Provolone! Great sandwiches otherwise. I'll bet your were better.
 
Nice job on the PCS Bill. That looks wonderful. Do they really eat them with a fancy salad in Philly?
