Tell us more about the burnt chili butter
The attached recipe calls for 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes, but to kick it up, we torched five red peppers (burnt) squeezed out the seeds, chopped them up (actually put everything including the butter in a personal blender/chopper) and we also added bacon (cooked to crunch) and while the Tomahawks were resting, we heated up the butter on the stove and served it as dipping butter. It was exceptional. It could have used more cayenne or perhaps not squeezing the seeds in the red peppers, after all we did run it through the blender/chopper

Was just there Friday, the place is dangerous.
Currently working a couple blocks away, I’ve always wanted to do a tomahawk, may go back and look.
