They look delicious, how long did it take cooking them that way?

About 3.5 hrs total.
2 hrs open , 1 hr in foil, 30 min to set the sauce. They could have gone a tad longer but really good texture , not fall off the bone, but just the slightest pull.

Keith, I used a couple small pieces of apple wood for smoke flavor.
