tired of Chuck Eyes???

i'm not, and never will be.
seasoned with penzey's chicago steak and penzeys fresh ground pepper.

halved like ten baby red spuds then grease'm up on a cast iron skillet

tossed those in a 350º oven for awhile... then sliced up some white'shrooms and one&ahalf onion

buttered up the onions to start then added the 'shrooms about 20 minutes later

when the taters were near done and the skillet on the Weber seemed close, the CHUCK EYES blinked

Most excellent looking plate! You do need more beer though, as a single bottle of Sam is barely enough to get you through a couple bites.
 
That dinner plate looks a tad monochromatic, but you can't fool me...it's full of flavor! Love the chuck eyes!
 
I'm so glad I learned about these. My local store seems to have them quite often now. I stock up when the do and even emjoyedmsome tonight. Your overall cook looked great
