Thanks to All of You Voters, both the Ones Who voted me and the Ones who din't. This is a great honor for me! I'll do my best in all bbqing sessions in order to compete in this great format wich is the THROWDOWN!
Dwain, care to share what that "side sauce" was that you dipped each rib in?

Sure. This is good stuff!

1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 cup beer. (I used home brew Red Ale)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons steak sauce (I used A-1)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Hot sauce to taste (I used Tabasco)
2 cups beef or chicken stock

Add butter to a pan, sauté the onions until tender, then add the garlic. Add all other wet then dry ingredients once aromatics are tender. Stir and simmer on the side of the cooker.

Once the bark is set, dip or mop onto beef during the cook.
