This is the end....

I was wondering if it was a Doors tune when I saw the title. Do you know that your cook was at 2am my time? I was sleeping and dreaming about well never mind. Nice work on the fish.

We went to sleep at 2 or so. Got up around 6. Checked in here to see what was going on. I only do grilling in the middle of the night on the weekends.

Some of the food is what our parents made for us growing up and the energy comes from my monster energy drink. :o

the fish looks really good! Love the onion with lemon and habanero with all mariscos. thanks for sharing your saturday night!

Tony;
I'm a LOT older than you, but I, too, saw fish like that when I was a wee lad. We lived with my grandparents on a farm during WWII. There was a nice little creek that ran through it. I fished with a cane pole and brought everything home I caught. My sainted Grandmother, cooked every thing I brought home including VERY little fishes (way smaller than yours). It made me feel important, like I was really contributing to the families table (which I was in a VERY small way:rolleyes:). I had the greatest grandparents that anyone could wish for...

Thanks for bringing back those memories...

Good lookin' fishies Tony. Cindy and I ate at one of our favorite restaurants last weekend, and I had the Majarra Dorado. It looked very similar to this, though I'll guess your tasted (even) better!
