Things you hate about BBQ....


 
I hate when friends say, "Say Gary, your Q is OK, but your baked beans are awesome!" Just once, I'd love someone to say that the ribs or brisket are the best things on the table.

As for clean-up; it's not that big a deal for me. I try to keep things under control (simple) when I Q, so cleanup isn't too bad. I tend to clean as I go.
 
I dislike when my neighbors cat and dog try to mark my bbq area.

Also when the neighbors decide to check what I'm cooking and open the smoker.
