Thighs on the little WSM

Four of them with noting between the top grate and the lump charcoal below.
We each had one yesterday for dinner.



I had another for dinner tonight.
Pulled with bbq sauce and bread & butter pickles. Side was Panera mac & cheese from Costco.
The mac & cheese is very good, but a bit soupy.



Dessert was a root beer float, first one in many years.

A root beer float...I can't remember the last time I had one! I'm not one for desserts and sweet stuff, but I might have to convince my wife to make one so I can have a taste.

Both those look great Bob. We always do four thighs also, did some three nights ago with some fish fry batter and tonight we will use the other two for a chicken salad.
