I tried my hand at some thick cut pork chops the other day and they turned out good enough to post. haha. I used a recipe found on the weber app. You can look at it here
Fresh cut from the butcher:
While shopping for the meat, I found a clearance section of BBQ tools. I found this jalepeno holder that was normally $16 on sale for $4. So I thought "why not!".
Here is the pork fresh out of the brine and on the grill along side some Corn on the performer.
On the copper OTG I put the jalepeno poppers and some twice baked potatoes.
After plating the pork chops received a balsamic glaze. Turned out delicious and juicy. I would definitely use that recipe again.
