Normally my wife makes a pretty killer slaw when we have brisket. I didn't want to task her for this cook. We like our tacos plain and simple. My son makes crazy fancy tacos, I should have taken a picture of one he made, it's pure art

That dipping sauce looks good. Hard to find sauces without High Fructose corn syrup. Only ones I have been seeing are store brand organics which are not bad.
