The Searwood has arrived!


 
Would love to see detailed look at how that flavorizer sits in there, what's around it, how (if at all) they do anything to separate grease and wood ash.
 
Very cool. I’m with Larry I’d like to see that as well. What’s the path for grease and what separates the ash and grease this time.

The flavorizer bar is 8 3/16” wide. The piece of metal on the bottom next to fire box is 9” wide. The sides of the cook box are very steep. The middle vents on the flavorizer bar are right above fire box vents. Could be some hot spots there.
