Had a trio of Kosmos rub delivered today and when I asked my 10 year old to check the mail he came back all excited because he could smell the rub in the mailbox! I also got a new knife set yesterday so it’s been a good couple of days!FC6A43AD-AD4E-44EE-B747-20E83B9B9233.jpegWe opened up the rubs and he helps me rub a pork roast with the Texas Beef and then the Honey Killer Bee. That's the way I like to cook my pork nothing better than slow roasted pork you did a great job
 
From the photos it appears to be a boneless pork loin rib end roast " the prime rib otf the pork" definately not a pork sirloin .They make a great roast always juicy and tender .
Yeah…that’s the one! It’s my favorite type of pork to cook. And the color from the Killer Bee rub is awesome!
 
I love this cut of meat,and a low,slow, came out juicy. I also love the color contrast of the smoke ring to the sliced meat prefect.
 
Very nice! I will have to give Kosmos a try, I was thinking of using his brisket injection on my next brisket so when I place that order I’ll add some of his rubs.

Everything you do here looks amazing, from the food, to the presentation, to the photos, to the amazing backyard, but can I tell you I think you are becoming the King of sliced pork! You pull off so many amazing pork meals from that kettle. Man does this one look incredible!
