And Regina if I am in a hurry for some reason I usually microwave the potatoes after washing them for ten minutes, sometimes I boil them. Both do the job. Then once they cool enough that I can handle them without the skin peeling off then I sit them around an edge of a plate that has a little curl up and use that as an edge guide for my knife, just keep it parallel with the table and slice. Some EVOO and melted butter with whatever spices I am in the mood for brushed on top and in the grill indirect usually for twenty to thirty minutes. The last ten minutes of so I turn them upside down to brown the top
