Hey Guys and Gals!
I haven't posted anything in while, but I have been checking in everyday and I gotta say everything has been looking great!
Anyway...
Got home from work last night and the chicken we had pulled out for dinner wasn't anywhere close to being thawed. So I thought to my self I'll just run up to the grocery store and see what they have on sale, surely they'll be something. Well I got there and T-bones where on sale, (SCORE!) 6.98 a pound! Well I just had to...

seasoned 'em up with some Montreal and fired up the Weber with some lump

4 minutes direct on one side

and then flip

4 more minutes and then indirect for about 6 minutes

plated them up with some mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli (sorry about the blurry pic)

a little over done for my liking, but they came out great and super juicy. My wife ate the filet and I had the strip, and then took the other strip with me for lunch today

Thanks for looking, and sorry about all the blurry pics. They don't look that bad on my camera's screen.
Hope everyone has a good rest of their week!

Those slabs of beef look great before and after the cook. The marbling on the darker tenderloin of the bigger porterhouse looks crazy good and you treated it right.

As long as they were juicy and delicious....that's all that counts, right? :) Those look great!

Thanks for sharing!

Delicious looking steaks Justin! You can't go wrong with that Montreal Steak seasoning either. Great on steaks
and love it on brisket!
