A little late to the show, but here we go.
Here's my setup with sugar maple for smoke.
(ashes got dumped from the catch pan before the turkey went on)

After an hour the leg/thigh end was getting pretty brown, so I spun her around.

Great looking plate there Bob, my kind of Thanksgiving meal. Kinda disappointed when I first saw the ashes in the pan, I thought that you were on to a new kind of gravy flavor.;)
 
That is my kind of Thanksgiving Bob. Really like the combo of turkey and ham. Your making me think of a turkey breast to go along with our Christmas ham. Love the plated pics.
 
Spectacular meal Bob. That ham is equally as gorgeous as your turkey. The 26er is perfect for cooking a large bird. Excellent post.

I so wanted to do our bird on my 26, but I blew it last year and I'm forced to do the Thanksgiving on the WSM. Your Turkey is pure art, I know that was amazing. The Ham looks amazing and I hate Ham, LOL
