Then got these Ribeyes ready with some Montreal Steak Seasoning

Put on indirect until IT of 140-145

Put over direct flame for 1 1/2 minutes a side for the wife and 1 minute for mine

All plated..Deep fried mushrooms, Onion Rings and the eyes. Wexcellent IMO

Great beer! Steaks look awesome as well...

How do you like your sear grate? I just put the a cast iron grate from my gasser across the grate on the OTG. Love the thicker searing marks you get with that!

Hi Curtis, I really like the sear grate. The Weber Gourmet BBQ system is a must have IMO. Next up is the cast iron insert and the wok.
