After seeing Jim’s post about Cow & Pig, I had to try the chops with lime juice and Adobo. The only real disappointment was they only had boneless chops at the store today. I also decided to go with the crashers ala Lampe and went with salt, pepper and fresh Rosemary on those.

The “helper” was uh "helping".

We cooked up some gus. This was served with an orange mayo sauce, heavy on the cayenne. This sauce was awesome!

Yep, it’s starting to get a little chilly anymore.

Plated with crashers and the our always favorite, fresh Tuscan Garlic bread. Thank you Mr. Lampe and thanks for looking.

Looks great! Guess I'm gonna have to stray from my old standy boston butt and try some of these great cooks...

Great looking chops Rolf! Looks like another perfect meal! Shoot 37 is t shirt weather around my parts!!! My temp is reading 15 at the moment!

Love the pork. Love the grill marks. Love the gus and especially the sauce. Love the crashers. Love it all! Oh, except for the 37 deg part--brrrrr.

Food looks great, glad to see the chilly temps are not keeping you off the grill. I did a pork loin on the gasser tonight, is -5F, can't let winter get in the way of tasty food!

Great looking cook and great idea (lime/adobo)! I will go there.

But you guys in Alaska -- I either admire you or think you're nuts. Was just complaining to my wife that maybe I'll sell out and go where it's warm -- all because our temps are in the 40s! ;) Yeah, I know -- but I hate being cold.
