I somehow missed this one yesterday. Sorry 'bout that! Everything in those pics looks mighty good. A great post…yet again! I really need to try the pepper flakes on the corn.

I see you're still working on that bottle of Angeline. How do you like it? That winery is only about an hour and a half away from me. (Actually, there are probably over 100 wineries that far away from me or closer :cool:)

How I missed this I have no idea. Say Jim, how did you get that skin so crispy looking? Mine usually comes out kinda rubbery in texture even when fully cooked. Dinner must have tasted most excellent!
 
Jim, I may have to invite you down for some real corn on the cob one of these days. There isn't any in North America on April 24.....
