I see you're still working on that bottle of Angeline. How do you like it? That winery is only about an hour and a half away from me. (Actually, there are probably over 100 wineries that far away from me or closer )
How I missed this I have no idea. Say Jim, how did you get that skin so crispy looking? Mine usually comes out kinda rubbery in texture even when fully cooked. Dinner must have tasted most excellent!
