Testing some more Cowboy lump!!

Tried some more cowboy lump today...we had some folks over for egg coloring so I worked up a quick taco cook! Fired up some lump...threw a huge hunk of hickory on and indirect Tri tip for about an hour..then into a pan with beer and foiled for 3 hours...shredded and served with beans and rice!!

Here's the proof!

The lump worked perfect..the meat was the best smokey TT I have had!!

All was super...gotta go catch the Easter bunny!!
