I got to ski with 2 of my friends wives for a few hours today - they're rippers and always fun.

The wings on the Q200 - had to babysit them a bit, removed them as they finished & then put them all back on to warm up & for the photo op :)

Mix it up:

The sauce was Soy Vey Veri Veri Terriyaki with Marie Sharp's "beware" habanero sauce, garlic powder, dehydrated red & green peppers, dehydrated jalapeno peppers, & a little cayenne. I used about 1.5 tsp of corn starch to thicken the sauce.

Little bit of healthy going on with those wings with the carrots and all, very nice, wings do look great!

Nice wingage. Seems your happy with that Q200 purchase.

It's not bad! I think I can work with it. This time I warmed it up on high, then switched all the way to low & threw them on: 10 minutes, flip, 10 minutes, flip & pulled a couple that were done, 4 minutes, flip, 4 minutes, then all went back on.

It cooked bacon perfectly the other day, & I actually considered cooking a pancake on it but skipped that.
