Here it is with some teriyaki rice - 1.5 cups white rice, ~3 cups water, 3 large carrots, 1/2 onion, sesame oil, a little teriyaki sauce (~2-3 T), salt n peppa, & a little mirin (rice wine)

That looks awesome. Do you have the recipe/prep instructions for the teriyaki chicken?

I just used a store bought marinade: Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki - the chicken only needs to marinate for a couple hours but a little longer doesn't hurt.

I just cooked it mostly indirect until done :) Smoke is good with teriyaki.... a few members here have posted recipes on their teriyaki sauce and I'll try my own one day... I was thinking while eating that I should've added a little fresh ginger to both the marinade & the rice.
