Hello.
I lurked through this site for a few weeks before finally buying a WSM (18.5) last weekend. Smoked some wings the first day and they turned out GREAT.
I also have a 18.5" Kettle and a Char-griller 3001 gas grill.
I took next week off for my kid's Spring Break and plan to give all three grills a workout.
