Hi everyone!
This was the first time using Tatonka Dust and it won't be the last!! I love this stuff! This time I tried it on some Tri -Tip. The cook was a basic sear n slide, no wood ,but I over shot my doneness temp big time, but no big deal! Tender,moist and plenty of Au Jus.
