Sweet and Spicy Flappers & PSB

Had some time to finally post some stuff. A few Sweet and spicy wings on the WSM with PSB. Seasoned the wings with Weber Kick-N-Chicken then onto the WSM with hickory for smoke. PSB placed in the center for the long haul.


Glazed with Orange Marmalade and sriracha.




No plated shots, they went down quick!

PSB shredded and ready. Super tender!


Plated with slaw and pickles.

Thanks. Very good Dean! Just the right amount of sweet and heat. I normally make them this way.
