Surf n Turf

Impromptu surf n turf.... Kinda just threw it together while staring in the freezer

5 top sirloin steaks marinated in wet brisket rub
For several hours
Shrimp in Stubbs hatch green chile and other. Shrimp
In lemon/ lime juice and zest, garlic, evoo and a lil butter

Oven roasted Parmesan potatoes seas with paprika, garlic salt, pepper and baked at 400 for 35-40 min

Grilled garlic bread and some shrooms









The shells turned an odd color on da grill but tasted great







Steaks rested and thin slice against the grain


Plated up, great meal
