Surf and turf dinner!

Evening folks and happy v/day....ok so here is what we did!
Had to get my head into this cook so......

Couple rib eyes lightly dusted in smoked sea salt and garlic and pepper!

Rest of the crew!some Costco lobster and shrimp ready!

My 7 year old will not eat seafood if we cannot catch it...lobster it's not a local catch...super smart kid!
Seasoned taters on!

Steaks on the flip side!!

Shrooms up and garlic butter pats on the steak!

Close to eating!

All up and ready to eat!!

Not too bad....steak and taters were awesome!! Lobster sucked!! My kid had it right!! If we can't catch it we shouldn't have eaten it!! Oh well we tried!!

My ladies say happy valentines to all you sweeties out there!!

Thanks folks for looking!! Steak was perfect...lobster had a bleach type flavor which made it less than desirable! I have had fresh lobster and its pretty good...it's not fresh king crab though!

Oh well we tried...the steak was way worth it!
