Since there was no one to feed but me and my wife, I cooked up some wings. No recipe, I just seasoned them with Wolfe Rub Bold, smoked them on the WSM for 2 hours at about 250 degrees, then tossed with a sauce made of Crystal hot sauce and a little melted butter. I served them with a thrown-together blue cheese dip (half mayonnaise, half homemade yogurt, a dash of Worcestershire, and crumbled blue cheese) and some celery sticks. And cold beer.
For no more planning than I did, the whole thing turned out better than I had any reason to expect.
