Super brisket not so Super bowl

Got up Super bowl Sunday and threw this 10 lb brisket in the Pit Barrel. The brisket was seasoned with Tatonka dust, Cabella's brisket rub & Pit Barrel beef & game rub.
Love to hang brisket over live coals. The flavor profile is great done this way.
After 4 hours @ 250 range wrapped it and back into the PBC. Bark looked great. Opps forgot to get a picture:mad:
Here is the brisket after 6 hours and done. Ready to slice
Sliced the point. It was tender, juicy and tasted great!
Here we are plated up with veggies also done in the PBC. Ready to munch right before the not so super bowl.
 
Sorry your Super Bowl wasn't super Russ but that brisket had to put a smile on your face!! Great looking meal!!
