Our contribution to a Super Bowl party this afternoon. Wings were marinated overnight, half with
Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili and the other half with Frank’s Red Hot Original. All the wings were
given a shot of Smokin Gun’s BBQ Gun Powder.
Put onto the Performer, using lump charcoal and a chunk of cherry wood.
Wings are done!
No plated pictures, but I sampled both kinds and they were definitely spicy enough to be called hot wings!
