unfoiled after another 2 hours on the grill

sauced for last hour

letting rest

ready to eat

thanks for looking

can't wait for my next smoke

meat probe in the water as i was moving them around and would just put it in there instead of leaving it on the grate lol after pics taken they went back into the meat

the girlfriend loved em, I used "memphis dust" rub from amazing ribs as my rub, I think its my finishing sauce that I am iffy about going to have to try something else on my next smoke.

I'm lucky I have such a great butcher nearby, and he has decent prices..

Having my parents and the girlfriends parents over for dinner this weekend when asked what they wanted, they all wanted ribs, so will be giving ribs another try sunday :)

any suggestions on side dishes other than my slow cooker scratch baked beans..

Excellent looking ribs, they look delish, we don't have ribs here so for me they would be perfect.

My go to side are

Ranch BBQ chicken pasta salad,

Egg salad,

Mashed garlic red taters w/ skins on.

If you're interested in any of the recipes I'll post them.
