Sunday Ribeye

Tonight's dinner was a prime ribeye, green beans, and baked potato. This was the first time I seared over the vortex and then moved to indirect until 125 internal temp. Thos was one of the best streaks I have made at home.

Lately we have been buying nicer steaks and splitting them, love this direction. Much rather have a few ounces of prime than one huge cheap steak!
