Sunday night Ribs

I was walking through the store a few days ago and saw these ribs for less then 6 bucks each and was like yeah!IMG_20240114_155411.jpg

Two hours at 375, great bark and color.

Back in for 45 mins wrapped, glazed for 15 more minutes, and done.

On the grill at 3 served by 6:15 Hot and Fast Ribs via @Jim Lampe for the win.
It was super cold and windy today, but I stilled loved being outside cooking. I hope everyone is staying warm and doing well!
