I was walking through the store a few days ago and saw these ribs for less then 6 bucks each and was like yeah!
Two hours at 375, great bark and color.

Back in for 45 mins wrapped, glazed for 15 more minutes, and done.

Ready to be cut.

Cut and ready to be served.

And served.

On the grill at 3 served by 6:15 Hot and Fast Ribs via @Jim Lampe for the win.
It was super cold and windy today, but I stilled loved being outside cooking. I hope everyone is staying warm and doing well!
